This FireQual Recognised Programme is designed to build substantial knowledge in fire door maintenance. You will study the laws, Building Regulations, British Standards and European standards, fire safety principles, fire door testing, certification, manufacturer guidance and data sheets, along with what fire doors are, how they work, and why each component matters.
The FireQual Recognised Programme offers detailed, structured learning on compliant maintenance, including how each element of a fire door should be assessed, adjusted or replaced in line with manufacturer instructions and British Standards.
Delivered fully online, this knowledge based programme is ideal for anyone involved in fire safety who wants a deeper grasp of fire door maintenance requirements, from components and tolerances through to the legal and technical principles that underpin compliant maintenance in the UK.
Upon completion of the course you will be added to UK Fire Door Training Approved. This is included at no extra cost.
