Course Description

This FireQual Recognised Programme is designed to build substantial knowledge in fire door installation. You will study the laws, Building Regulations, British Standards and European standards, fire safety principles, fire door testing, certification, manufacturer’s installation instructions and data sheets, along with what fire doors are, how they work, and why each component matters.

The FireQual Recognised Programme offers detailed, structured learning on compliant installation, including how every element of a fire door should be selected, positioned and fitted in accordance with manufacturer instructions and recognised standards.

Delivered fully online, this knowledge based programme is ideal for anyone involved in fire safety who wants a deeper grasp of installation requirements, from components and tolerances through to the legal and technical principles that underpin compliant installation in the UK.

Upon completion of the course you will be added to UK Fire Door Training Approved. This is included at no extra cost. 

You will also receive an ‘Approved’ version of our logo to use on promotional materials.

This course finishes with an assessment. Upon passing the assessment you will receive a FireQual PDF Certificate for this FireQual Recognised Programme.
